World of Pest Control Inc. is commited to delivering the safest, most effective pest control
products with excellence in customer service. If you have any questions or comments on
how we may better serve, please take a moment and fill out our comment form and we will
get back with you.

All ground shipping to the lower 48 states is free.
For express shipping or for over sea deliveries (including Alaska), please contact our office
for pricing, or we will notify you, via e-mail, the additional shipping costs for your approval
prior to any charges.
Due to the risk of aerosol cans exploding in flight, we do not ship these products over seas
and all domestic orders will be delivered via ground only.
Please insure that your complete shipping address is listed and correct before submission.
World of Pest Control Inc. is not responsable for replacing or resending any articles sent if
you enter an incorrect or insufficient address. If any of your order has been damaged or lost
in the shipping process, you should immediately notify us at
www.email@goldwebpestcontrol.com or by telephone at (850) 477-2847 and we will be
happy to replace the lost or damaged product(s).
If any item(s) are on backorder, we will notify you via e-mail of the item(s). We will be happy
to immediately ship the products that are in stock or wait to fill your shippment together,
Which ever you prefer.

Refund Policies

All products must be returned immediately unopened and unused to:

A refund will be made only after items have been received in new condition. Purchaser must
pay for return shipping cost of items and is responsible for their condition. Refunds will be
less initial shipping costs to your location plus a restocking fee of 10% of your returned
items. Refunds must be paid in the original manner in which they were purchased.
