Terms and Conditions

World of Pest Control Inc. warrants that all it's pest control products conform to
the description on the label. Because conditions of use, which are of critical
importance are beyond our control, seller makes no warranty, expressed or
implied, concerning the use of these products. No employee of the corporation is
authorized to make any warranty or representation, expressed or implied,
concerning any products. Always follow all label directions and carefully observe
all precautions on the label or manufacturer's instructions.

Before purchasing, please consult with your local City, County, State, or
National Government to verify that all products are licensed for distribution to your
location. It is the resposibility of the purchaser to provide any license, special
permit or other if required by any of your local governmental agencies. Most local
agencies will provide a property owner a temporary licence, provided that the
products will be used exclucively on their own property.
Refunds will be issued provided that products are un-opened and returned, at
purchacers expense, immediately to:

All legal issues or proceedings against World of Pest Control Inc. shall be
governed by the laws of the State of Florida and held in the County of Santa Rosa
within said State.
Customer releases World of Pest Control Inc. from any liability related to
products or equipment received, and understands that all product liabilty issues
are with the manufacturer.

*NOTE*
You the purchaser, Must be able to read and understand the English
language as all manufacturer Labels and Material Safety Data Sheets are
written in this language.
Pest Control Products used contrary to the label may cause serious plant,
wildlife or personal injury. Buyer assumes all risk of use of handling
whether in accordance with the manufacturers label or not and accepts
the products sold to him or her by this corporation on these conditions.
